I am grateful to have found the Wim Hof Method in 2016 and since then, this amazing tool has been a strong ally in my life. In 2018 i lost my Brother who was one of my best friends. We lived together and we co-owners in the same wellbeing company. He was such a beautiful soul, with the biggest bear hugs and a huge smile, but he struggled alot with his Mental Health and early one morning, went into the ocean and drowned. 

The WHM helps me to process emotions, thoughts and feelings and find more peace inside since his passing. Ive also struggled with anxiety and OCD where i can find myself worrying about irrelevant things. But i have the tool of the breath & the ice to be able to deal with it and live my best life so it doesn't hold me back.

My main mission in life is to help others feel better mentally and help people improve mental and physical resilience.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.
